​Julia is a professional artist, art teacher, and Certified Yoga Teacher (200 YTT).
Julia teaches Hatha, Yin Yoga, and Meditation classes that guide you toward balance, peace, and self-discovery. Hatha Yoga, known for its focus on posture alignment and breath control, offers numerous benefits for the body. It enhances flexibility, builds strength, improves posture, and promotes joint health, creating a balanced and resilient foundation. By integrating body and mind, Hatha Yoga supports a healthy nervous system and reduces stress, helping you feel centered and energized. Julia’s yoga practice also encourages creative flow, while her art helps shift perspectives, guiding individuals toward their true selves.
Julia is the creator of her signature "Brush and Breathe" art classes, uniquely designed to help others find balance, serenity, and awaken their creative potential. Through her art classes, Julia offers a healing experience where creative expression becomes a form of emotional release and self-reflection. The process of creating art allows participants to connect deeply with themselves, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and a renewed sense of clarity. Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Anelli is a dedicated Yoga Teacher with over 9 years of experience specializing in Kundalini Yoga.
Before immersing herself in Kundalini, she taught Hatha Yoga for 5 years, building a solid foundation in body alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement. Her deep experience in both disciplines allows her to guide students on a unique journey that merges strength, awareness, and inner balance.
